Yan Jiehe Meets with Malaysia Prime Minister Mahathir in Beijing
On August 19th, Yan Jiehe met with 93-year-old Malaysia Prime Minister Mahathir in Beijing. The two sides conducted a friendly and pragmatic meeting and reached consensus in a package of cooperation programs.

Before the meeting, Yan Jiehe briefed the development history of CPCG from growth to maturity to Mahathir. He announced to the PM that CPCG has already set up a regional HQ in Kuala Lumpur. This marks the company has already become a Malaysia local company. The group will leverage Kuala Lumpur to consolidate their regional management ability and expertise so as to support the operation of Asia-pacific region. He further pointed out that CPCG has already invested in Malaysia. We will meet the demands of projects in the next 5 years and increase our investment. All the profits and investment will be left locally. Our aim is to establish a long-term cooperative relation with Malaysia and assist Malaysia government in talents cultivation and technology exchanges. 

Yan introduced CPCG ranks 96th in Fortune Global 500 companies and ranks No.1 in the global private construction field. Our company in Malaysia will not only focus on the local market but extend its presence to Ukraine, Albania, Iran and Macedonia. It is an FDI company with global vision.

After listening to the introduction and sharing of Yan Jiehe, Mahathir stressed that the current visit to China will further strengthen the two countries’ relations and realize the mutually beneficial win-win outcome in economics and trade. He welcome CPCG to invest overseas and in Malaysia. he hopes the group could cooperate with local companies and grow together.
