On September 12, Yan Jiehe, founder of China Pacific Construction Group and Dean of Wuwei Academy, visited Myanmar’s First Vice President Wu Minrui at the Consulate General of Myanmar in Guangxi.
Wu Minrui first introduced Myanmar’s current economic development situation. He said that the priority of the Myanmar government is to solve the problem of poverty. Myanmar has abundant land resources and low labor costs. At present, it is still preparing to build special economic zones. It is hoped that CPCG will actively participate in Myanmar’s construction, help the people of Myanmar to develop their economy, improve their living standards and solve the problem of poverty as soon as possible. Wu Minrui stressed that if the two sides can start project cooperation in Myanmar, the Myanmar government will give strong support and look forward to win-win cooperation between the two sides.
